膝关节置换术患者实施疼痛评估及护理干预对其术后活动能力的影响研究

目的:分析膝关节置换术患者实施疼痛评估及护理干预对其术后活动能力的影响.方法:收治膝关节置换术患者80例,计算机表法分为两组各40例.对照组实施常规围术期护理;分析组实施疼痛评估及护理干预.比较两组疼痛情况及术后活动能力评分.结果:分析组护理后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分和术后活动能力评分均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:膝关节置换术患者适宜采用疼痛评估及护理干预对其进行护理,可缓解患者疼痛情况,改善术后活动能力.

Objective:To analyze the effect of pain assessment and nursing intervention on the postoperative activity of patients undergoing knee replacement.Methods:80 patients with knee replacement were selected,they were divided into the two groups by computer table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the analysis group was given pain assessment and nursing intervention.The pain and activity scores were compared between the two groups.Results:After nursing,the VAS score and activity ability score of the analysis group were much higher than those of the control group,and there were significant differences between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion:Pain assessment and nursing intervention are suitable for patients undergoing knee arthroplasty,which can alleviate pain and improve their ability to move after operation.
