术后随访在泌尿外科DJ管置放后延续护理中的作用及效果分析

Analysis of the effect of postoperative follow-up in continuous nursing after DJ tube placement in urology

目的:分析术后随访在泌尿外科DJ管置放后延续护理中的作用及效果.方法:2017年2月-2018年10月收治泌尿外科DJ管置放患者60例,随机分为两组.常规组给予传统护理;术后随访组开展术后随访.比较两组护理效果.结果:术后随访组满意度、生活质量评分、术后泌尿外科DJ管置放依从性、泌尿外科DJ管自我护理评分、DJ管放置并发症发生率对比常规组有优势,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:泌尿外科DJ管置放患者实施术后随访效果确切.

Objective:To analyze effect of postoperative follow-up in continuous nursing after urological DJ tube placement.Methods:From February 2017 to October 2018,60 patients with DJ tube placement in urology were treated.They were randomly divided into two groups.The routine group was given traditional nursing and the postoperative follow-up group was followed up.Comparison of nursing effect between the two groups.Results:The satisfaction,quality of life score,compliance of DJ tube placement,DJ tube self-nursing score and DJ tube placement complications in postoperative follow-up group were superior to those in routine group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:the follow-up effect of DJ tube placement in urology is accurate.
