闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术治疗的有效护理干预对术后效果的探究

Effect of effective nursing intervention on the postoperative effect of angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract surgery

目的:探究闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术患者的护理措施.方法:2018年4月-2019年5月收治闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术治疗患者92例,随机数字表法分为两组各46例.对照组行常规围术期护理;试验组在对照组基础上行优质护理措施.对比两组护理效果、抑郁自评量表(SDS)和焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分.结果:试验组护理干预后患者满意度高于对照组,且SDS和SAS评分均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:针对闭角型青光眼合并白内障手术治疗患者给予有效护理措施,能够明显改善患者不良情绪,提高护理满意度.

Objective:To explore the nursing measures of patients with angle closure glaucoma and cataract surgery.Methods:From April 2018 to May 2019,92 patients with angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract surgery were selected,and they were divided into two groups with 46 cases in each group using random number table method.The control group was given routine perioperative nursing,and the experimental group was given quality nursing measures on the basis of the control group.We compared the nursing effect,self rating Depression Scale(SDS)and self rating Anxiety Scale(SAS)of the two groups.Results:After nursing intervention,the satisfaction of patients in the experimental group was higher than that in the control group,and the scores of SDS and SAS were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Effective nursing measures for patients with angle closure glaucoma combined with cataract surgery can significantly improve patients'bad mood and improve nursing satisfaction.
