腰椎间盘突出症患者术后护理干预对患者满意度和生活质量的影响分析

Effect of postoperative nursing intervention on satisfaction and quality of life of patients with lumbar disc herniation

目的:探讨对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后进行快速康复护理模式干预的应用效果.方法:2016年3月-2019年6月收治腰椎间盘突出症术后患者227例,随机分为两组.观察组给予常规护理,试验组应用快速康复护理模式.比较两组护理效果.结果:试验组患者护理满意度及生活质量评分明显优于观察组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:通过对腰椎间盘突出症患者术后采取快速康复护理模式干预,能有效提升患者护理满意度及生活质量,有利于促进护患关系,应用效果理想.

Objective:To explore the effect of nursing intervention of rapid rehabilitation for patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation.Methods:From March 2016 to June 2019,227 postoperative patients with lumbar disc herniation were selected and randomly divided into two groups.The observation group was given routine nursing,the experimental group was given rapid rehabilitation nursing mode,we compared the two groups of nursing effect.Results:The scores of nursing satisfaction and quality of life in the experimental group were significantly better than those in the observation group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Through the intervention of rapid rehabilitation nursing mode for patients with lumbar disc herniation after operation,it can effectively improve the patients'nursing satisfaction and quality of life,promote the relationship between nurses and patients,and the application effect was ideal.
