快速康复指导联合标准分段式护理在全子宫手术预防下肢深静脉血栓中的应用

The application of rapid rehabilitation guidance combined with standard segmented nursing in the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis during total uterine operation

目的:探讨快速康复指导联合标准分段式护理在全子宫手术预防下肢深静脉血栓(DVT)中的应用效果.方法:2018年1月-2019年5月收治行全子宫切除术患者60例,随机分为两组各30例.对照组应用传统围术期预防下肢DVT措施,观察组采用最新制定的快速康复指导下联合标准分段式护理.比较两组术后D-二聚体水平变化情况及下肢DVT发生率.结果:观察组术后D-二聚体水平、下肢DVT发生率均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:采用快速康复指导联合标准分段式护理对全子宫手术患者预防下肢DVT的干预,在显著降低下肢DVT发生率的同时也节约了医疗资源,加速患者康复.

Objective:To explore the application effect of rapid rehabilitation guidance combined with standard segmented nursing in the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis during the whole uterus operation.Methods:60 patients underwent total hysterectomy were selected from January 2018 to may 2019,they were randomly divided into the two groups with 30 cases in each group.In the control group,traditional perioperative measures were used to prevent deep vein thrombosis.In the observation group,the newly developed rapid rehabilitation guidance combined with standard segmental nursing was used.The changes of D-dimer value and the incidence of DVT were compared between the two groups.Results:The value of D-dimer and the incidence of DVT in the observation group were lower than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The intervention of rapid rehabilitation guidance combined with standard segmented nursing on the prevention of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis in patients undergoing hysterectomy can not only significantly reduce the incidence of lower extremity deep vein thrombosis,but also save medical resources and accelerate the rehabilitation of patients.
