移动医疗环境下孕产妇价值维度及其对满意度的影响研究

The value dimension of pregnant women in mobile medical environment and its influence on satisfaction

目的:研究移动医疗环境下孕产妇价值维度及其满意度的影响.方法:2018年1月-2019年4月收治孕产妇110例,分为两组各55例.对照组采用常规健康教育;观察组采用网络互动式健康教育.比较两组应用效果.结果:观察组孕期保健质量问卷各维度评分和健康宣教满意度高于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:移动医疗环境下,孕产妇采用网络互动式健康教育,能够显著提高保健质量,改善妊娠结局.

Objective:To explore the value dimension of pregnant women in mobile medical environment and its influence on satisfaction.Methods:From January 2018 to April 2019,110 pregnant women were selected,and they were divided into two groups of 55 cases in each.The control group was given routine health education,the observation group was given network interactive health education.We compared the effects of the two groups.Results:In the observation group,the scores of all dimensions of the pregnancy health care quality questionnaire and the satisfaction of health education were higher than those of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Under the mobile medical environment,the network interactive health education for pregnant women can significantly improve the quality of health care and pregnancy outcomes.
