摘要
目的:探讨同伴互助学习策略在中西医结合护理教学查房中的应用效果.方法:选择2018年6-12月全日制本科学生70例,在中西医结合护理教学查房中应用同伴互助学习策略.结果:学生第2次查房质量优于第1次,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).同伴互助学习策略有助于提高学生团队合作能力、自我学习能力、临床护理能力、发现问题与总结问题的能力;在解决问题能力、表达能力、思维能力及查阅相关资料能力方面提升较慢.结论:同伴互助学习策略在中西医结合护理教学查房中可增强学生主动学习性与团队意识,改善学生思维能力,对中西医结合护理教学流程有所掌握,利于日后工作有效落实,发挥自身护理优势.
Objective:To explore the application effect of peer-assisted learning strategies in ward round of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing teaching.Methods:70 full-time undergraduate students from June to December 2018 were selected to apply the strategy of peer-assisted learning strategies in the ward round of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing teaching.Results:The quality of the second round was better than that of the first round,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Peer-assisted learning strategies could help improve student teamwork,self-learning,clinical care,problem-solving and summarizing skills.It has a slower improvement in problem-solving skills,expression skills,thinking skills and access to relevant materials.Conclusion:In the ward round of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing teaching,the strategy of peer mutual learning can enhance students'initiative learning and team consciousness,improve students'thinking ability,master the process of integrated traditional Chinese and Western medicine nursing teaching,facilitate the effective implementation of future work,and give full play to their own nursing advantages.
