Analysis of status quo and influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with PICC

目的:探讨经外周穿刺置入中心静脉导管(PICC)带管患者自我管理能力现状及影响因素.方法:2017年1月-2019年1月选取PICC带管患者43例,均进行自我管理能力问卷调查,统计调查结果并进行分析.结果:43例患者自我管理能力处于中上等水平,中等水平占比最高.PICC带管患者自我管理能力与很多因素有直接关系,主要包括年龄、学历、职业、经济状况等.结论:PICC带管患者自我管理能力目前处于中等水平,需要进一步提升.影响因素主要与年龄、学历、职业、经济状况等有关,需进行针对性分析并制定方案,从而提升PICC带管患者自我管理能力.

Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of self-management ability of patients with PICC.Methods:43 patients with PICC catheterization were selected from January 2017 to January 1919,self-management ability questionnaires were conducted for all patients,and the results of the survey were analyzed.Results:The self-management ability of 43 patients was in the middle and superior level,and the proportion of the middle level was the highest.The self-management ability of patients with PICC is directly related to many factors,including age,education,occupation,economic status,and so on.Conclusion:The self-management ability of patients with PICC in our hospital is at the middle level,which needs to be further improved.The influencing factors are mainly related to age,education background,occupation and economic status.It is necessary to make targeted analysis and plan to improve the self-management ability of patients with PICC.
