摘要
目的:探讨肾内科临床护理实习中应用PDCA循环法的带教效果.方法:2018年7月-2019年4月肾内科临床护理实习生54人,随机数表法分为两组各27人.对照组采用传统一对一带教;观察组采用PDCA循环法带教.对比两组实习生综合护理能力.结果:观察组理论知识掌握优良率、技能操作掌握优良率和综合素质优良率均优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05).结论:肾内科临床护理实习中应用PDCA循环法带教效果显著.
Objective:To explore the application of PDCA circulation method in clinical nursing practice of nephrology department to improve the effect of teaching.Methods:From July 2018 to April 2019,54 clinical nursing interns of nephrology department were selected and divided into two groups of 27 cases in each group using the random number table method.The control group was given the traditional one-to-one teaching,and the observation group was given PDCA cycle teaching,we compared the comprehensive nursing ability of the two groups of interns.Results:In the observation group,the excellent and good rates of theoretical knowledge mastery,skill operation mastery and comprehensive quality were better than those in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The effect of PDCA cycle teaching in clinical nursing practice of nephrology department was significant.
