摘要
双线高速铁路悬臂浇筑箱梁具有节段质量大、宽幅等特点,其挂篮结构建模的准确性、理论计算值与实测值的比较对挂篮设计、挂篮结构定型等至关重要。某双线高速铁路特大桥,上部采用钢桁梁加劲预应力混凝土连续箱梁,分析了该桥悬臂浇筑箱梁挂篮的设计、设计参数的选取,并采用有限元软件Midas/Civil对挂篮各施工阶段受力进行了分析。实测结果表明:吊杆拉应力实测监控结果在-1%~16%之间,挂篮体系使用安全可靠。
The cantilever cast box girder of double-track high-speed railway has the characteristics of large section mass and wide width,and the accuracy of the structural analysis and modeling of the its hanging basket and the comparison between the theoretical calculation value and the measured value are of great guiding significance to the design of the hanging basket and the hanging basket structure finalization.In view of a super large bridge for the double-track high-speed railway,the steel truss beam is adopted for the upper part to reinforce the prestressed concrete continuous box girder.The design of the hanging basket for the cantilever casting box girder of the bridge and the selection of design parameters are analyzed,and the finite element software Midas/Civil is used to analyze the stress of the hanging basket at each construction stage,and the actual measurement result shows that,the measured monitoring result of the pulling stress of the suspender is between-1%and 16%,and the use of hanging basket system is safe and reliable.
