摘要
采用ADS和HFSS电磁仿真软件,设计了Ku频段低噪声放大器,在11.45GHz^12.75GHz的频率范围内输入驻波小于-15dB,噪声系数小于0.8dB,具有很好的实用价值。
This paper gives a design of Ku-band Low-noise Amplifier by ADS and HFSS, with input VSWR<-15 dB and noise figure<0.8 dB in the range of 11.45 GHz^12.75 GHz. The design is really useful in practice.
