基于实际工程的锚索预应力损失影响因素探讨

Discussion on Influencing Factors of Anchor Cable Prestress Loss Based on Project

在土木工程中,随着预应力锚索在工程中得到广泛应用,同时伴随着许多锚索预应力损失问题,预应力损失是关系到锚固工程安全与否的重要因素,应予以重视。结合已有的研究成果和工程实例,对锚索预应力损失的影响因素进行综合分析,对各种影响锚索预应力损失的因素进行讨论,得到锚索预应力损失的5个方面影响因素,即锚索的张拉与锁定、锚固体的力学性质、锚索的施工工艺、锚索的工作环境以及其他方面等因素,给出预应力锚索预应力损失的预防及治理措施建议,可为工程中预应力锚索的设计、施工、预防以及治理提供一定的参考依据。

In civil engineering,with the prestressed anchor cable widely used in engineering,accompanied by many anchor cable pre-corresponds. The problem of force loss and prestress loss are important factors related to the safety of anchoring engineering and should be taken seriously. This paper combines the existing research results and engineering examples to comprehensively analyze the influencing factors of anchor cable prestress loss,and discusses various factors affecting anchor cable prestress loss,focusing on five aspects of anchor cable prestress loss. The influencing factors,namely the tension and locking of the anchor cable,the mechanical properties of the anchor,the construction process of the anchor cable,the working environment of the anchor cable and other factors,give the prevention and control measures of the prestressed anchor cable prestress loss. It is suggested that it can provide a reference for the design,construction,prevention and treatment of prestressed anchor cables in engineering.
