摘要
目的:通过预实验评价不同拼音输入法在电子病历录入中的输入效率。方法:选择3种常用的拼音输入法记录随机抽取的3份病史相关的文本的人机交互行为,分别计算3个文本的错误率以及输入速率,并从文本错误率和输入速率两方面评价各输入法的输入效率。随机选择长度相似的3份新闻文本,对输入法的输入效率进行对比分析。结果:各输入法在同类型的3份文本中的输入速率和文本错误率基本一致。各输入法在EMR录入中的平均速率新闻文本录入,而文本错误率则基本一致。结论:常用输入法在电子病历录入中的输入效率有待提升。
Objective To assess the efficiency of different Chinese phonetic alphabet entry methods in entry of electronic medical records( EMR). Methods The man-machine interactive behaviors in 3 randomly selected texts related with medical history were entried with 3 commonly used Chinese phonetic alphabet entry methods. Their error rate and entry rate were calculated respectively. The efficiency of different Chinese phonetic alphabet entry methods in entry of 3 randomly selected texts was assessed in terms of their text error rate and entry rate. Results The entry rate and error rate of 3 different Chinese phonetic alphabet entry methods were similar in entry of 3 texts. The average entry rate of different Chinese phonetic alphabet entry methods was lower in entry of EMR than in that of news text while the entry error rate was similar in entry of EMR and news text. Conclusion The efficiency of commonly used Chinese phonetic alphabet entry methods needs to be improved in entry of EMR.
