基于“雨课堂”的医学信息检索课翻转课堂教学模式 被引量:12

摘要 目的:借助智慧教学工具"雨课堂",探索翻转课堂大班教学模式,以期推动课程建设和创新人才的培养。方法:对两组本科班分别进行基于"雨课堂"的翻转课堂教学和传统课堂教学对照试验,通过调查问卷了解学生课前教学需求和课后教学效果;采用秩和检验对比分析两组的主观教学评价和采用t检验分析两组的期末成绩,结合调查问卷和访谈分析影响翻转课堂教学效果的因素。结果:大部分学生希望改变传统的教学模式。基于"雨课堂"的翻转课堂在提高学习兴趣、课堂注意力、互动积极性等方面达到了学生的期望,但实验组和对照组的教学效果评价无统计差异。结论:新型教学模式有助于激发学生的学习兴趣、促进大班教学中师生交流互动、提高学生信息素养。学生主观体验比较好,但短期内对学习成绩影响不明显。教学效果受多种因素影响,仍需进一步改革实践和研究。 Objective To study the teaching mode of flipped classroom for large class medical students by making use of the smart teaching tool " rain classroom" in order to promote the construction of courses and training of innovative talents. Methods A control test was performed for the two classes of undergraduates based on the flipped classroom teaching and traditional classroom teaching by making use of the smart teaching tool " rain classroom".The teaching needs of students before class and the teaching results of students after class were investigated with questionnaires. The subjective teaching assessment by the two classes of undergraduates was comparatively analyzed by rank sum test and the terminal examination scores of the two classes were compared by t test. The factors influen cing the teaching results of flipped classroom were analyzed by interview combined with questionnaire investigation.Results The majority of students wanted to change the traditional teaching mode. The " rain classroom "-based flipped classroom could stimulate the learning interests of students,and improve their attention and interaction in classroom. No significant difference was detected in assessment of teaching results between the two classes. Conclusion The novel teaching mode can simulate the learning interests of students,promote the interaction and communication between teachers and students,improve the information literacy of students. The subjective experience of students is good with no significant improvement detected in short-term examination scores of students. The teaching results are affected by different factors and the teaching mode should thus be further studied and reformed.
