摘要
基于自制的自动压榨装置对胃肠组织的压榨状态进行研究,采用双频并行阻抗分析的方法来研究压榨过程中组织阻抗的变化情况,探索可以表征组织受压状态的压榨参数,以期用于智能吻合器的控制。模拟吻合器的工作方法,控制恒压强分别为8、16、32 g/mm^2对小肠组织进行压榨,测量组织阻抗进行分析。结果显示,细胞低频电导G LF和高频电纳B HF随着压强的迅速增加而减小;恒压时,G LF随时间增加而减少;压强较小时,B HF随时间波动减小;压强较大时,B HF的波动减弱,减小趋势增加。双频并行模型参数G LF和B HF的变化趋势与基于Cole Y模型的多频阻抗分析中G 0、C CPEF和△G的变化趋势具有相似性,因此,也可以作为反映细胞受压状态的工程化参数。
To study the pressing state of gastrointestinal tissue based on self-made automatic pressing device.We studied on the change of tissue impedance during pressing process by dual-frequency parallel impedance analysis,explored the pressing parameters that characterized the stressed state of the tissue for later control of the smart stapler,and simulated the working method of the stapler,to control the constant pressure of 8,16 and 32 g/mm^2 for the small intestine tissue,measure the tissue impedance for analysis.The results showed that the cell low-frequency conductance G LF and high-frequency susceptance B HF decreased with the rapid increase of pressure;At constant pressure,G LF decreased with time;B HF decreased fluctuation with time,When the pressure is large,the fluctuation of B HF was weakened and the decreasing trend was increased.The variation trend of dual-frequency parallel model parameters G LF and B HF was similar to the trend of G 0,C CPEF and△G in multi-frequency impedance analysis based on Cole Y model.So it may be used as an engineering parameter reflecting the state of the cell pressure.
