摘要
以黑曲霉和产朊假丝酵母为发酵菌株,以白酒糟和裂殖壶藻粉为原料,通过发酵条件优化实验,提高原料的蛋白含量,提高饲料成品的品质。结果表明:在白酒糟和裂殖壶藻粉按m(白酒糟)∶m(裂殖壶藻)=1∶1.5混合后,微生物按m(黑曲霉)∶m(产朊假丝酵母)=1∶1,接种量5%,硝酸铵添加质量分数1.5%,水分质量分数42%,pH 6.0~6.5,30℃,麸皮添加质量分数15%,发酵时间72 h的条件下粗蛋白含量最好,此时粗蛋白提高率为28.75%。
The fermentation conditions of Aspergillus niger and Candida utilis for feed protein production was optimized with distillers’ grains and Schizochytrium powder as raw materials.The optimal conditions were determined as follows: the ratio of mixing distiller and schizochytrium 1∶1.5, the ratio of two strain inoculation 1∶1, adding concentration of ammonium nitrate 1.5% water content 42%, bran content 15%, pH 6.0-6.5 and temperature 30 ℃. As a result, the crude protein content reached highest, which was increased by 28.75%.
