摘要 中国设施农业发展迅速,设施集约化育苗需求逐年增加,随之而来的是大量工厂化育苗企业的出现。工厂化育苗中所使用的大量穴盘重复利用可以降低育苗成本,减少废料污染,但必须进行清洗和消毒。本文针对育苗穴盘基于清洗-冲洗两段式高压清洗方法结合消毒液喷雾附着的方法,一次性完成穴盘的清洗和消毒。该设计有效地提高了穴盘清洗消毒环节作业效率,满足了育苗穴盘重复利用的清洗需求。 China's protected agriculture is developing rapidly,especially the demand of seedlings is increasing year by year,and gradually tends to industrialized production.A large number of trays are used in factory seedlings producing.For reusing,these trays must be cleaned and disinfected.Aiming at the seedling tray,the cleaning and disinfection of the tray is completed at one time based on the cleaning plus washing two stage high pressure cleaning method and the disinfecting liquid spray attachment method.The design effectively improves the efficiency of cleaning and disinfection of the tray,and meets the needs of re-use and cleaning of the tray.
