基于Logistic模型的水禽养殖户安全兽药使用意愿分析

Safe veterinary drug use willingness of waterfowl farmers based on Logistic model

【目的】分析水禽养殖户安全兽药使用意愿的影响因素,准确掌握水禽养殖户的心理与行为,为促进水禽养殖户使用安全兽药、保障水禽产品质量安全及推动水禽产业健康发展提供对策建议。【方法】基于江西省沿赣江和环鄱阳湖地区213户水禽养殖户的调研样本数据,针对水禽养殖户安全兽药使用意愿构建二元Logistic模型,定量分析养殖户个人及家庭特征、经营特征、认知特征和外部环境特征对水禽养殖户安全兽药使用意愿的影响。【结果】水禽养殖户的年龄、文化程度、养殖年限、是否了解兽药残留对人体健康的危害、是否了解安全兽药的效果及是否参加过相关养殖培训均显著影响其使用安全兽药的意愿,其中,年龄呈显著负向影响,文化程度、养殖年限、是否了解兽药残留对人体健康的危害、是否了解安全兽药的效果及是否参加过相关培训等因素呈显著正向影响;而假设中的其他影响因素(性别、家庭人口数、养殖规模、是否了解兽药使用规定及是否参加相关经济合作组织)对水禽养殖户使用安全兽药的意愿无显著影响。【建议】应加强对水禽养殖户的职业培训和教育,提高其专业素质和文化程度;加大安全兽药使用的宣传力度,使养殖户能清楚认识到使用安全兽药所带来的好处与社会效益;健全农业技术推广服务体系,促进科技成果转化,以提高水禽养殖户使用安全兽药的意愿。

【Objective】The aim of the study was to analyze the influencing factors of safe veterinary drug use intention of waterfowl farmers,accurately grasp the psychology and behavior of waterfowl farmers,and provide countermeasures and suggestions for promoting the safe veterinary drug use of waterfowl farmers to ensure the quality and safety of waterfowl products and promote the healthy development of waterfowl industry.【Method】Based on the survey sample data of 213 waterfowl farmers along Ganjiang River and around Poyang Lake in Jiangxi Province,a binary Logistic model was established to quantitatively analyze the impact of individual and family characteristics,business characteristics,cognitive characteristics and external environmental characteristics on the willingness of waterfowl farmers to use safe veterinary drugs.【Result】The age,education level,years of cultivation,whether the farmers knew the harm of veterinary drug residues to human body,whether they knew the effects of safe veterinary drugs and whether the farmers have participated in relevant training have significantly affected their willingness to use safe veterinary drugs,of which age had a significant negative impact,education level,years of cultivation,whether the farmers knew veterinary drug residues factors such as the harm to human body,whether to understand the effect of safe veterinary drugs and whether the farmers have participated in relevant training had significant positive impact.While other factors in the hypothesis(gender,family population,breeding scale,whether to understand the regulations on the use of veterinary drugs,whether to participate in relevant economic cooperation organizations)had no significant impact on the willingness of aquatic poultry farmers to use safe veterinary drugs.【Suggestion】The following suggestions are proposed:it is necessary to strengthen the vocational training and education of the waterfowl farmers,improve their professional quality and education level,strengthen the publicity of the use of safe veterinary drugs,so that the farmers can clearly understand the benefits and social benefits brought by the use of safe veterinary drugs,improve the agricultural technology promotion service system,promote the transformation of scientific and technological achievements,so as to improve the willingness of the waterfowl farmers to use safe veterinary drugs.
