摘要
为了提高干法SBS改性剂在沥青混合料拌合过程中的溶胀效果,研究利用芳烃油对干法SBS改性剂进行改性,并进行了改性剂熔点和熔融指数的测试,利用荧光显微镜观察并分析了改性剂的微观溶胀效果,并对不同芳烃油含量下干法SBS改性沥青及沥青混合料的技术性能进行了测试。试验结果表明:芳烃油的掺入能够使得干法改性剂的熔点降低及熔融指数增大,提升了干法SBS改性剂在沥青中的溶胀效果,提高了改性沥青的135℃布氏粘度,提高了沥青混合料的高温性能。芳烃油的掺量为7.3%时,干法SBS改性剂溶胀后拥有最粗的结构细度;芳烃油掺量为8.1%时使得干法SBS改性沥青的5℃延度最大;芳烃油掺量为7.8时,干法SBS改性沥青混合料拥有最佳的低温抗裂性能。
In order to improve the swelling effect of direct-to-plant SBS modifier in asphalt mixture mixing process,aromatic oil was used as the modifier,the melting point and melting index of modifier were tested.The fluorescence microscope was used to analyze and observe the swelling effect.The performances of direct-to-plant SBS modified bitumen and bituminous were tested.The test results show that with the content of aromatic oil increases,the melting point and melting index of direct-to-plant SBS modifier,the swelling effect of SBS in bitumen,the 135℃brookfield viscosity,and the high temperature performance of modified bituminous mixture by SBS for direct-to-plant will increase.When the content of aromatic oil is 7.3%,the SBS has the thickest structural fineness in bitumen.When the content of aromatic oil is 8.1%,the direct-to-plant SBS modified bitumen has the maximum ductility.When the content of aromatic oil is 7.8%,the modified bituminous mixture by SBS for direct-to-plant has the optimum low temperature crack resistance.
