具有不同溶解度参数的再生剂路用性能对比研究

摘要 为研究再生剂在废旧沥青混合料中的应用可行性,基于MATLAB建立Hansen溶度参数的三维模型,对坐标系中的可溶溶剂参数点进行球形模拟,以溶剂与试样的相对能量差(RED)为判定指标,计算了不同类型再生剂A、B、C在老化沥青中的溶解能力,最后通过车辙试验、冻融劈裂试验、小梁弯曲试验和动态模量试验验证了不同再生剂沥青混合料的路用性能。结果表明:相对能量差RED可较好地体现再生剂与老化沥青的相容性,得到再生剂对老化沥青的相容性效果为A>B>C,且与溶解试验结果拟合度良好;再生剂可以改善旧料的低温性能与水稳定性,对高温性能有负面影响,但满足夏炎热区的现行规范要求;利用不同的溶解度参数可以快速选择出合适的再生剂,对比路用性能试验具有更大的优势,为以后道路施工维修选择再生剂提供更便捷的方法。 In order to study the feasibility of application of recycling agent in waste asphalt mixture,the three-dimensional model of Hansen solubility parameters was established according to MATLAB,and the parameter points of good solvent in the coordinate system were simulated spherically.Using the relative energy differences(RED)between solvent and sample as an index,the solubility of different types of recycling agents A,B and C in aged asphalt was calculated.And the pavement performance of different recycling agent asphalt mixtures was verified by rutting test,freeze-thaw split test,bending tests of small beam and dynamic modulus.The results show that the RED can better reflect the compatibility of the recycling agent with the aged asphalt,and obtain the compatibility effect of the recycling agent on the aged asphalt is A>B>C,which fits in well with dissolution test results.The recycling agent can improve the low temperature performance and the water stability of the old material,and have a negative impact on the high temperature performance,but meet the current specifications of the hot summer zone area.Compared with pavement performance tests,using different solubility parameters has a greater advantage that the suitable recycling agents can be selected quickly,and provides a more convenient method for selecting recycling agents for road construction and maintenance.
