龄期对乳化沥青冷再生路面承载能力的影响 被引量:7

摘要 结合湖南省潭邵高速公路再生项目,通过室内乳化沥青冷再生混合料龄期试验,采用有限元方法,探讨乳化沥青冷再生层养生龄期对路面承载能力的影响。分析结果表明,路面的累计当量轴次随着乳化沥青冷再生层养生龄期的增加而增加,且增加的速率随之减小;路面的极限轴载随着龄期的增加而降低,且降低的速率随之减小;龄期从5 d到28 d,乳化再生层厚度从8 cm增加到18 cm,累计当量轴次增加幅度在104%~242%,极限轴载降低幅度均在36%左右;随着乳化再生层养生龄期的增加,路面累计当量轴次与极限轴载将趋于某一稳定值。 Based the recycling project of Xiangtan^shaoyang highway in Hunan,the effect of curing time on loading capacity of cold recycled pavement with emulsified asphalt was explored through finite element method and curing time tests of cold recycled mixture with emulsified asphalt.Results of the analysis show that the cumulative equivalent axle loads increased with the increase of cruring time,while the increasing rate decreased with the increase of cruring time.The ultimate axle load decreased with the increase of cruring time,while the decreasing rate decreased with the increase of cruring time.When curing time increases from 5 d to 28 d,the cumulative equivalent axle loads may decrease by from 24%to 46%and the ultimate axle load may decrease by about 36%,for cold recycled layer from 8 cm to 30 cm in thickness.The cumulative equivalent axle loads and the ultimate axle load will tend to a certain stable value with the increase of the curing time of the emulsified recycled layer.
