上部不同成熟度鲜烟叶对烟叶烘烤质量的影响 被引量:4

摘要 用暗箱试验、烤房实际观测研究了上部不同成熟度鲜烟叶的烘烤特性,并分析了相对应的烤后烟叶质量,结果表明:上部鲜烟成熟度表现为落黄程度稍高、叶面呈现黄多青少、整体较为清秀的其烘烤特性最好,明显好于成熟度较高、有枯尖焦边成熟特征的,其烤后烟叶外观质量也最高。因此,适宜江西永丰的上部烟叶采收成熟度是叶面呈现黄多青少,整体较为清秀的状态。 The baking characteristics of fresh tobacco leaves with different maturity levels were studied by black box test and actual observation in the barn.The corresponding quality of roasted tobacco leaves was analyzed.The results showed that the maturity of upper fresh tobacco showed a slightly higher degree of yellowing.The leaf surface is yellow and young,and the overall fi ner baking has the best baking characteristics,which is better than the maturity and the mature characteristics of the dead edge.The appearance quality of the roasted tobacco leaves is also the highest.Therefore,the maturity of the upper tobacco leaves suitable for Jiangxi Yongfeng is a state in which the leaves are yellowish and younger and the whole is more delicate.
