摘要 近红外光谱(Near-infrared spectroscopy,NIRS)是一种新兴快速无损检测方法,近几年,在茶叶质量检测方面得到了有效应用。为给茶叶质量检测提供可靠参考,文章对近红外光谱检测技术在茶叶品质保真中应用的现实需求进行了分析,然后结合近红外光谱检测技术的特征,对近红外光谱技术在茶叶品质保真中的应用前景进行了详尽论述。 Near infrared spectroscopy(NIRS) is a new rapid non-destructive testing method. It has been effectively applied in the quality detection of tea. In this paper, the practical demand of NIR detection technology in tea quality assurance is analyzed. Combined with the characteristics of NIR detection technology, the application prospect of NIR detection technology in tea quality assurance is discussed in detail, which provides a reliable reference for tea quality detection.
