摘要
为筛选水稻萌发期和幼苗期耐盐性鉴定指标及对不同水稻品种进行耐盐性综合评价,以8个水稻品种和3个自育品系为试验材料,以种子萌发指标和幼苗生长指标的相对值作为耐盐性评价指标,在主成分分析的基础上,利用模糊数学中的隶属函数法对这11个水稻进行耐盐性综合评价。结果发现,在14个鉴定指标中筛选出4个主成分,其中发芽指数、根表面积、根体积、株高、地上鲜重、地上干重、根长和根冠比可作为水稻品种耐盐性鉴定的指标。加权隶属函数法评价出11个水稻材料耐盐性强弱的顺序,聚类分析结果将11个水稻材料耐盐性聚为三类,其中第I类包括kj5和kj8,其耐盐性较强;第Ⅱ类包括kj6、lqd20、sj18、hyx169和1703,其耐盐性中等;第Ⅲ类包括sj9、1701、lj21和1702其耐盐性最弱。研究结果可为水稻材料耐盐性评价方法提供一定的参考,同时为这11个水稻品种在生产上的应用提供一定的依据。
In order to select identification index of rice salt tolerance at germination stage and seedling stage and to obtain comprehensive assessment of rice salt tolerance of different rice varieties,8 rice varieties and 3 self-bred rice strains were selected as tested materials,relative value of seed germination index and seedling growth index were used as assessment index of salt tolerance to assess comprehensively salt tolerance of 11 rice materials by methods of membership function in fuzzy mathematics on basis of principal component analysis and clustering methodology. The results showed 4 principal components were chosen among 14 identification index. The germination index,superficial area of root,root volume,plant height,fresh wight on the ground,dry weight on the ground,root length and root shoot ratio could be appraised index of salt tolerance among rice materials. The order of salt tolerance of 11 rice varieties were appraised by weighted membership function methods. Clustering analysis results showed that three categories were classified by salt tolerance among 11 rice varieties,the stronger salt tolerance,Class I including kj5 and kj8,the middle of salt tolerance,Class Ⅱ including kj6,lqd20,sj18,hyx169 and 1703,the worst of salt tolerance,Class Ⅲ including sj9,1701,lj21 and 1702. The results could provide theoretical foundation for identification methods of low temperature tolerance among rice materials and production and application of 11 rice varieties.
