助力区域经济发展特色社区教育初探

A Probe into Community Education with Regional Character Istics to Help Regional Economic Development

社区教育服务地区,面向大众,提升社会成员的能力素质,已经成为区域经济发展中的重要力量。特色化是社区教育的生命力,准确把握社区教育发展方向,有效规划发展特色社区教育是保证社区教育持续成长、助力于经济建设的保障。本文运用社会管理学和教育学相关理论,阐释了社区教育具备的功能及其在经济建设中的作用,通过文献调研以及实践经验,剖析当前特色社区教育发展面临的困境,借鉴国内外社区教育发展较为成熟的建设模式,从区域经济视角对发展特色社区教育提出建议。

The community education service area, facing the public, and improving the abilities and quality of members of society, has become an important force in regional economic development.Specialization is the vitality of community education, accurately grasping the development direction of community education,and effectively planning and developing characteristic community education is the guarantee to ensure the continuous growth of community education and help economic construction.This article uses social management and pedagogy-related theories to explain the functions of community education and its role in economic construction. Through literature research and practical experience, it analyzes the predicament facing the development of community education with unique characteristics,Drawing on the more mature construction models of community education development at home and abroad, this article puts forward suggestions for the development of characteristic community education from the perspective of regional economy.
