摘要
近年来随着社会的发展和社会传统观念的转变,国家和地方政府对学前教育领域政策的出台,幼儿园出现越来越多,需要的新教师也越来越多。本研究重新入职教师的教学能力入手,通过调研了解新入职教师的教学能力中教学计划、教学实施和教学评价的现状,基于现状给出有针对性的对策。
In recent years, with the development of society and the change of traditional social concepts,the state and local governments have introduced policies on pre-school education, more and more kindergartens, and more and more new teachers are needed. This research starts with the teaching ability of the newly recruited teachers, and through research and study to understand the current situation of teaching plans, teaching implementation and teaching evaluation in the teaching ability of new teachers, and gives targeted countermeasures based on the status quo.
