摘要
为了提高管理效率和质量,学校设置了教学秘书,由教学秘书来完成相关的教学管理工作。教学秘书是教学管理工作的实施者以及推动者,直接负责不同阶段教学实践管理工作的开展,传统的教学管理策略和形式常常忽略了学生学习能力以及学习行为习惯的培养,导致大量的教学资源被浪费,教学管理难以发挥其应有的实质作用及优势。对此,本文站在宏观的角度,将理论分析与实践研究相结合,着眼于新时代背景之下高校教学管理工作的具体内容和形式对教学秘书工作进行相应的分析及研究,以期为实现高校的稳定建设与发展提供一定的借鉴。

In the perpetrators, the teaching secretary is the teaching management and agents, directly responsible for the management of different stages of teaching practice, the traditional teaching management strategy and the form is relatively complex, directly to the simple theory knowledge as the main body, ignoring the students’ learning ability and the cultivation of learning behavior, lead to a lot of teaching resources wasted, the essence of teaching management is difficult to play their role and advantages.
