大学生的就业问题已经成为我国新时代高等教育事业发展的重要内容,积极引导大学生就业,帮助他们树立正确的就业意识,对于我国社会的稳定和经济的健康发展都具有十分重要的意义。本文拟就分析新时代背景下应用型本科大学生的就业现状,发现存在的问题和不足,解析存在问题的原因,并提出解决问题的对策与途径。

The employment of college students has become an important part of the development of higher education in the new era. It is the great significance for the stability of our society and the healthy development of our economy to actively guide the employment of college students and help them establish correct employment awareness. This paper intends to analyze the employment situation of application-oriented undergraduate students in the new era, find out the problems and shortcomings, analyze the reasons for the problems, and put forward the countermeasures and ways to solve the problems.
