浅谈人防门制造企业的智能化升级转型之路

本文通过分析人防门产品及行业特点,提出人防门行业企业转型的必要性。以上海地空防护设备有限公司为例,研究人防门行业企业智能制造升级转型路径。提出根据企业特点,以提升人员能力和"智"为核心,采取长规划短迭代的方式,通过信息技术和管理方式相结合的手段,以及具体的实施办法。为具有类似产品和行业特点的小微企业智能化转型提供借鉴方案。

This paper puts forward the necessity of enterprise transformation of civil air defense door industry by analyzing its products and industry characteristics. Taking Shanghai Air Defense Equipment Co., Ltd. as an example, this paper studies the transformation path of intelligent manufacturing upgrading of enterprises in civil air defense door industry. According to the characteristics of the enterprise, the core is to enhance the ability and intelligence of personnel, adopt the way of long planning and short iteration, combine the means of information technology and management, as well as specific implementation methods. It provides a reference scheme for the smart transformation of small and micro enterprises with similar products and industry characteristics.
