青钱柳化学成分及药理作用研究进展

Research Progress on Chemical Constituents and Pharmacological Actions of Cyclocarya paliurus

青钱柳(Cyclocarya paliurus)是我国特有的一种双子叶珍稀植物,主要分布于长江以南的各地区,其根、枝、叶均可入药。目前研究发现,青钱柳的主要化学成分为多糖类、酚酸类、黄酮类、三萜类化合物以及一些无机元素等。此外,已有多项研究结果表明,青钱柳具有降血糖和降血压、减肥、抗肿瘤、抗衰老、抗过敏、清热解暑、提高免疫力、促进新陈代谢等多种药理作用。对青钱柳的化学成分和药理作用研究进行综述,以期为该类植物资源的进一步开发和利用提供参考。

Cyclocarya paliurus is an unique and rare dicotyledonous plant in China,which is mainly distributed in regions south of the Yangtze river.Its roots,branches and leaves can be used as medicine.The current studies show that the main chemical constituents of Cyclocarya paliurus include polysaccharides,phenolic acids,flavonoids,triterpenoids and some inorganic elements.Moreover,a number of studies have revealed that Cyclocarya paliurus has various pharmacological actions,such as hypoglycemic and antihypertensive activity,weight reducing activity,anti-tumor activity,anti-aging activity,anti-allergy activity,summer-heat clearing activity,immunity improving activity and metabolism promoting activity.This paper reviews the research progress on chemical constituents and pharmacological actions of Cyclocarya paliurus,in hoping to provide references for the further development and utilization of this plant resource.
