高精度持续循环腹腔热灌注化疗用于卵巢癌治疗的效果及作用机制探讨

Study on the Effect and Mechanism of High Precision Continuous Circulation Intraperitoneal Hyperthermic Perfusion Chemotherapy in the Treatment of Ovarian Cancer

摘要 目的探讨高精度持续循环腹腔热灌注化疗(HIPEC)用于卵巢癌治疗的临床效果及作用机制。方法选择2017年6月~2018年5月于我院治疗的卵巢癌患者104例,将其应用随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各52例。对照组接受常规静脉化疗,观察组在对照组基础上接受HIPEC治疗。比较两组临床疗效、治疗前后糖类抗原125(CA125)水平、不良反应及生存率。结果观察组治疗总有效率为78.85%,高于对照组的57.69%,观察组生存率为94.23%,高于对照组的80.77%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,两组CA125水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,观察组CA125水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论卵巢癌患者接受HIPEC治疗近期疗效理想且未增加不良反应,有利于降低CA125水平,提升生存率。
