曲安奈德贴敷联合内窥鼻窦术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床研究

Clinical Study of Triamcinolone Acetonide Sticking Combined Endoscopic Sinus Surgery for Treatment of Chronic Sinusitis

目的评价曲安奈德明胶海绵联合内窥鼻窦术治疗慢性鼻窦炎的临床效果。方法 60例选自我院2016年4月至2019年4月收治的慢性鼻窦炎患者,按随机数字表法将患者随机分为对照组30例与观察组30例,对照组采用内窥鼻窦术治疗,观察组在内窥鼻窦术中贴敷曲安奈德明胶海绵,比较两组患者治疗效果、术后不良反应及住院时间。结果观察组治疗总有效率93.33%,对照组73.33%;观察组不良反应发生率6.67%,对照组26.67%;观察组住院时间明显短于对照组,两组比较,差异均存在统计学意义(P均<0.05)。结论对慢性鼻窦炎患者开展曲安奈德贴敷联合内窥鼻窦术治疗,疗效肯定,安全性高,能够显著提升患者预后,缩短住院时间,且应用方便,值得临床应用与推广。

Objective To evaluate the clinical effect of triamcinolone acetonide gelatin sponge combined with endoscopic sinus surgery in the treatment of chronic sinusitis. Methods 60 patients with chronic sinusitis admitted to our hospital from April 2016 to April 2019 were selected as the objects.The patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group,30 patients in each group.The control group was treated with endoscopic sinus surgery,and the observation group was treated with triamcinolone acetonide gelatin sponge during endoscopic sinus surgery.Results The total effective rate was 93.33% in observation group and 73.33% in control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions was 6.67%in observation group and 26.67% in control group,and the difference was significant between the two groups(P<0.05).The length of hospital stay in observation group was significantly shorter than that in control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Triamcinolone acetonide combined with endoscopic sinus surgery is effective and safe in the treatment of chronic sinusitis,which can significantly improve the prognosis of patients and shorten the length of hospital stay.
