汽车自由度振动台灯光总成装夹装置设计

摘要 装夹装置在振动试验中用来连接并固定振动台与试件,传递振动激励,在试验中直接关系到试验结果的有效性.以RX/ZDT-6-200型汽车多自由度振动台为开发平台,在分析桑塔纳2000型汽车灯光总成结构及设计要点基础上,设计了一种卡槽式夹紧的灯光总成装夹装置.在Creo软件环境中完成了灯光总成装夹装置的三维建模,对其固有频率进行了仿真分析,1阶固有频率为42.808 Hz,该装置能够避免共振.最后制作了装夹装置实物模型进行测试,结果表明该装夹装置符合教学实验要求. The clamping device is used in the vibration test to connect and fix the test piece on the vibration table and to transmit the vibration excitation,which is directly related to the validity of the experimental result.Taking RX/ZDT-6-200 model car multi-degree of freedom vibration table as the development platform,based on the analysis of the Santana 2000 car lighting assembly structure and design points,a card-clamped lighting assembly was designed.Creo software environment is used to complete the three-dimensional modeling of the light assembly fixing device,and the natural frequency was simulated and analyzed.The first-order natural frequency was 42.808HZ,which can avoid resonance.Finally,the physical model of the clamping device was made and tested.The results showed that the clamping device could meet the requirements of teaching experiments.
