摘要 发电企业的能源效率(能效)控制是影响企业经营绩效及履行企业社会责任的重要因素。科学进行能效评价是发电企业能效管理重要的基础性工作。本文探讨了因子分析-数据包络分析(因子分析-DEA)组合评价模型对发电企业能效评价的适用性,并利用因子分析-DEA组合评价模型对我国五大发电集团的能效水平进行了实证性评价及对比分析。结果表明,该组合评价法能克服常用评价方法中由于评价对象少于指标数量而导致的评价指标之间相关性过高的问题,同时又能充分考虑投入产出指标体系中非期望产出的影响,使结果更加科学合理。该方法普遍适用于效率评价领域,能为决策者提供更加准确的信息反馈。 Energy efficiency control of power generation enterprises is an important factor affecting business performance and fulfilling corporate social responsibility.Scientific energy efficiency evaluation is an important basic work for energy efficiency management of power generation enterprises.This paper discusses the applicability of the factor analysis-DEA(data envelopment analysis)combination evaluation model to the energy efficiency evaluation of power generation enterprises,and uses the factor analysis-DEA combination evaluation model to empirically evaluate and compare the energy efficiency levels of China's five major power generation groups.The results show that,the combined evaluation method can overcome the problem of over high correlation between the evaluation indicators caused by the number of evaluation objects less than the number of indicators in the commonly used evaluation methods.At the same time,it fully considers the undesired output in the input-output indicator system.The impact makes the results more scientific and reasonable.This method is generally applicable to the field of efEiciency evaluation and can provide more accurate information feedback for decision makers.
