摘要 为研制各项性能指标均合格的70%醚苯磺隆水分散粒剂,采用流点法对分散剂和润湿剂进行初筛;在此基础上,对分散剂、润湿剂和填料进行配比和用量的筛选,最终确定70%醚苯磺隆水分散粒剂的最优配方为醚苯磺隆70%、SD-8163%、SD-6107%、SR-052%,轻钙补足至100%。该配方制得的70%醚苯磺隆水分散粒剂悬浮率高,热贮稳定性好,各项性能指标均符合规定。 To develop the triasulfuron 70%water dispersible granule,the wetting agent and dispersant were preliminarily screened by the flow point method.On this basis,the matching and dosage of dispersant,wetting agent,and filler were fittered.Finally the optimum formula of triasulfuron 70%water dispersible granule was determined,which consisted of triasulfuron 70%,SD-8163%,SD-6107%,SR-052%,and calcium carbonate added to 100%.The water dispersible granule prepared by the formula had high suspending rate,good thermal storage stability,and all the indexes met the requirements.
