摘要
作为电子式断路器的后备保护,电磁铁式的瞬时机构大量应用于塑壳断路器,但使用电磁铁式存在一定的局限性。限流型断路器在较大短路电流触头斥开时,触头与转轴间会发生相对转动,利用这一特点,通过多摆杆行程放大结构,将该相对转动放大传递到机构脱扣件上,带动机构解锁,能实现无电磁铁式的新型后备保护功能。
As back-up protection of electronic type circuit breakers,electromagnetic instantaneous mechanism is widely used in moulded case circuit breakers,but the use of electromagnetic type has certain limitations.Using the characteristic of relative rotation between the contact and the rotating shaft when the current-limiting circuit breaker is repulsed by a large short-circuit current contact,the relative rotation is amplified by the multi-swing rod travel amplification structure and transferred to the mechanism release part to drive the mechanism to unlock,thus realizing a new type of back-up protection function without electromagnet.
