摘要
采用具有双凸轮廓线的移动圆柱复合凸轮机构,完成了双凸轮结构设计及双凸轮廓线设计。采用三角函数与多项式运动组合运动规律作为廓线方程,以消除从动件的柔性冲击,使挡罐和接罐的顺序动作平稳柔和。研究设计的移动圆柱凸轮廓线可使从动件反行程自锁,实现预定位置的挡罐板和接罐板的锁紧。该设计结构紧凑,稳定可靠,工作效率高。
The double cam structure design and the double cam profile design are completed by using the moving cylindrical compound cam mechanism with double cam profile.The combined motion law of triangular function and polynomial is used as the profile equation to eliminate the flexible impact of the follower and to make the sequence motion of the shielding can and the connecting can smooth and soft.The contour line of the movable cylindrical cam designed in this paper can make the follower self-lock in reverse stroke and realize the locking of the baffle plate and the contact plate at the predetermined position.This design is characterizedby compact structure,stability and reliability,and high efficiency.
