高校机械专业本科生学习力的聚类评价

摘要 当前,个人的学习力正逐渐成为个人的核心竞争力。文章分析了学习力的资本说和倾向说的内涵及构成要素。结合机械专业本科生的培养目标和相关企业对机械人才的需求,提出了包含学习储备、学习效率、学习心理、学习工具、学习交往、学习实践、学习创新的学习力要素指标,并且建立了相应的观测指标。基于层次分析法和灰色聚类评价法,提出了一种针对高校机械专业本科生学习力的评价方法。该方法简单易操作,在一定程度上可以确保评价结果的客观公正。 At present,individual learning competence is gradually becoming the core competitiveness of individuals.In this paper,the two connotations of the capital theory and the tendency theory are analyzed and elements of learning competence are discussed.Combining the training objectives of undergraduates majoring in machinery with the needs of machinery talents of relevant enterprises,learning competence indicators including learning reserve,learning efficiency,learning psychology,learning tools,learning communication,learning practice,learning innovation are given.The corresponding observation indexes are also established.An assessment method for the learning capacity of undergraduate students majoring in mechanical specialty is given based on analytic hierarchy process method and grey clustering evaluation method.This method,simple and easy to implement,is called the clustering assessment method.To a large extent,the objectivity and impartiality of the evaluation results are guaranteed.
