近二十年我国退役士兵教育研究综述

A Literature Review of Educational Studies on Retired Soldiers in China in the Past Twenty Years

提高退役军人进入社会后的就业竞争能力是社会主义建设的需要。近几年,国内学者对退役士兵教育进行不同层面的研究。通过对国内相关研究成果进行统计分析和系统梳理,发现退役士兵教育研究存在研究投入较少、主体单一、方法单调、内容单薄等问题。在今后的研究中,应增加退役士兵教育的研究投入、提升研究意识、拓宽研究方法、充实研究内容。

Improving the employment competitiveness of retired soldiers after entering the society is the need of China’s socialist construction.In recent years,domestic scholars have conducted different levels of research on the education of retired soldiers.Through the statistical analysis and systematic combing of the relevant domestic research results,and it is found that there are some problems such as less research investment,single subject,monotonous method,thin content and so on.Therefore,in the future research,we should increase the research investment of retired soldier education,enhance the research consciousness,broaden the research methods and enrich the research content.
