摘要
通过对国内某“211工程”高校201名全日制医学专业研究生的问卷调查,探讨医学研究生与导师关系的现状。在影响导师满意度的影响因素分析中,导师指导的研究生人数、与导师的关系模式、每月和导师的交流次数、研究生与导师的互动主动性、导师给予的经费是否足够、课题完成后有无报酬、与导师关系的密切程度等因素具有统计学意义。
A discussion of medical school graduate student-mentor relationship through the questionnaire survey of 201 full-time medical graduate students at a‘Project 211’university in China.A‘mentor friend’type of relationship is the most popular way of interacting with their mentors by the students.Although the students only had limited personal understanding of their mentors and the two parties did not have close personal relationships,most of the students were satisfied with their mentors.Amongst the factors affecting the satisfaction of students to their mentors,the number of students supervised by a mentor,the relationship mode with the mentor,the frequency of interaction with mentor per month,which party is more proactive between the student-mentor relationship,whether the remuneration paid were sufficient,whether remuneration were provided at the end of research project and the closeness of the personal relationship between student and mentor,were statistically meaningful.
