摘要 以己内酰胺为基料、[(6-氧代-6H-二苯并[c,e][1,2]氧磷杂己环-6-基)甲基]丁二酸(DDP)为阻燃剂、己二胺为分子量调节剂,通过开环-缩聚工艺制备了己内酰胺-DDP共聚阻燃尼龙6(PA6)树脂,进一步通过熔融纺丝法制备阻燃纤维并纺织成斜纹布料。主要研究了DDP含量对共聚物可纺性及其纤维和织物阻燃性能的影响。结果表明,共聚PA6具有较好可纺性、明显阻燃效果,该共聚物制成的织物极限氧指数可达30%,经水洗和放置90天仍具备良好的阻燃性和较高的力学强度。 Caprolactam was used as binder (6H-Dibenz[c,e][1,2]oxaphosphorin-6-ylmethyl)-p-oxide-butanedioic acid (DDP) as flame retardant and hexamethylene diamine as molecular weight regulator, the caprolactam-DDP copolymer flame retardant nylon 6 (PA6) resin was prepared by ring opening-condensation process. The flame retardant fiber was further prepared by melt spinning and twill fabric was weaved. The effects of DDP content on the spinnability of copolymers and the flame retardant properties of their fibers or fabrics were studied. The results showed that the copolymer PA6 had good spinnability and obvious flame retardant effect. The limiting oxygen index was more than 30%. The fabric made of the copolymer still had good flame retardancy and high mechanical strength after washing and placing for 90 days.
