摘要
本文研究了用于制备双组分并列复合纤维高聚物的特性和不同高聚物原料的并列复合纺丝、牵伸、后加工工艺,并对纤维自卷曲性能和力学性能进行了对比和评价。结果表明:采用PTT和低黏PET为原料,并列复合纤维卷曲性能最佳,定型温度越高,卷曲率越高,但牵伸定型温度超过120℃,产品卷曲率有下降趋势。对纤维进行热处理,卷曲率随温度的升高和时间延长而变大。
In the research,properties of polymers which used in side-by-side bi-component fiber,composite spinning,drafting and post-processing technology were studied.Self-crimping properties and mechanical properties of fibers were evaluated and compared.The results showed that using PTT and low viscosity PET as raw materials,the crimping performance of bi-component fibers was best.The higher the heat setting temperature,the higher the crimp rate,and the crimp rate decreased when temperature was over 120℃.The crimp rate increased with the increase of heat treatment temperature and heat treatmenttime.
