摘要
研究了袋子法测定聚酯纤维中醛酮类化合物,2,4-二硝基苯肼(DNPH)衍生化反应的实验条件,建立了高效液相色谱法(HPLC)测定聚酯纤维中的甲醛、乙醛和丙烯醛含量的方法。聚酯纤维在袋子中加热,挥发的醛酮类物质,经DNPH衍生化后,衍生物用乙腈洗脱,洗脱液直接用HPLC法测定。该方法具有较好线性关系,相关系数(r2)均大于0.999,回收率为91.0%~109.0%,精密度小于6%,该方法简便、准确、灵敏度高。
We studied carbony compounds in polyester fibers using bag method and experiment condition for 2,4 dinitrophenyl hydrazine(DNPH)derivatization,and established a high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC)method for the analysis of formaldehyde,acetaldehyde and acrolein in polyester fibers.Polyester fibers were first heated in the bag.Volatile carbonyl compounds were derived by DNPH.The derivatives were eluted by acetonitrile.Then the derivatives of the elution were analyzed by HPLC.This method had a good linear relationship and all the correlation coefficients were above 0.999.The recoveries were 91.0%~109.0%.Precision was less than 6%.This method was simple,accurate and sensitive.
