硫酸法定量分析聚酰胺酯与蚕丝及纤维素纤维混纺织物含量的方法研究

摘要 针对聚酰胺酯的性能及溶解特点,研究了硫酸法定量分析聚酰胺酯与纤维素纤维及蚕丝混纺产品含量试验方法中硫酸的用量、溶液浓度、加热温度、时间等试验条件,确定了最佳分析条件:硫酸质量浓度70%,硫酸100 mL/g试样,加热温度40℃,振荡时间30 min。聚酰胺酯的质量变化修正系数d值为0.998,试验结果的重复性范围为±1%。 On the basis of the function and dissolving characteristics of polyamide-polyester fibers,the test condition of sulfuric acid'volume,concentration of solution,heating temperature and heating time in the test quantitative chemical analysis method of using sulfuric acid for determination of polyamide-polyester fibers content blended with silk or cellulose fibers were studied.The best test condition were confirmed:70%sulfuric acid(mass fraction),100 mL sulfuric acid per gram sample,heating temperature 40℃,heating time 30 min.The mass change coefficient of correction d of polyamide-polyester was 0.998.The repetitiveness range of test result was±1%.
