联觉程度对味觉感受性的影响 被引量:1

摘要 在研究联觉程度与味觉感受性的关系实验中,共选用知觉正常的随机被试120名,且被试随机分配为4组,每组30人进行两组不同的联觉感受性实验,以探求二者的相关性。通过对比实验比较联觉程度不同时被试味觉正确率,运用正确率的值判断二者的相关程度。得出实验结果P<0.001即联觉程度的改变对个体味觉的感受性存在显著影响。此实验结果可应用于食品的包装上的变化进而对消费者品尝产生的感受性变化或店内的装修风格对消费者味觉感受性的影响等。
