The Influence and Promoting Role of “Belt And Road” Initiative on the Development of the Russian Far East

俄罗斯大部分人认为,中国"一带一路"倡议在俄罗斯远东地区的实施有重大机遇,并客观阐释了中俄跨境合作的特点和优势。"一带一路"项目为俄罗斯远东地区吸引中国企业、技术、人才,中俄共建基础设施等方面带来了新的机遇。推动中国东北地区与俄罗斯远东地区发展的"滨海1号""滨海2号"国际交通走廊项目是这种机遇的具体实施表现,但在中俄重大对接项目发展中仍暴露出新的问题,应予以重视。

It is believed by most Russians that the implementation of China’s "Belt And One Road" initiative in the far east of Russia will bring great opportunities.This paper objectively elabrates the characteristics and advantages of cross-border cooperation between Russia and China.The "Belt And Road"" project has brought new opportunities to the far east region of Russia in attracting Chinese enterprises,technologies and talents,and co-building the infrastructure of the two country.The "Binhai 1"and "Binhai 2" international transportation corridor projects are considered to be the concrete manifestation of such opportunities of promoting the development of northeast China and the Russian far east.However,we should pay attention to the new problems exposed in the development of major docking projects between China and Russia.
