On Strategies of Creating the Development Environment of Economic and Trade Cooperation with Russia in China(Heilongjiang) Pilot Free Trade Zone

中国(黑龙江)自由贸易试验区的获批,为黑龙江省对接"一带一路"倡议,扩大沿边开发开放,深化对俄经贸合作,打造对俄罗斯及东北亚区域合作的中心枢纽提供了有利契机。在此背景下,以黑龙江自贸区建设为出发点,在分析黑龙江省对俄经贸合作基本情况的基础上,系统研究黑龙江省开展对俄经贸合作具备的优势及现实困境,探讨如何借助黑龙江自贸区建设为黑龙江省开展对俄经贸合作营造良好的发展环境。

The approval of China (Heilongjiang) pilot free trade zone provides favorable opportunities for Heilongjiang province to comply with the "Belt And Road" initiative,to expand the development and opening up in the border areas,to deepen economic and trade cooperation with Russia,and to build a central hub for regional cooperation with Russia and northeast Asia.In this context and based on the construction of Heilongjiang free trade zone,this paper analyzes the basic situation of Heilongjiang-Russia economic and trade cooperation,makes a systematic study of the advantages and practical difficulties of Heilongjiang-Russia economic and trade cooperation,and discusses how to make use of Heilongjiang free trade zone to create a good development environment for developing economic and trade cooperation with Russia in Heilongjiang province.
