综合人文素质教育与茶酒文化课程的深层融合

On the Deep Integration of Comprehensive Humanistic Quality Education with Tea and Wine Culture Courses

茶酒文化是中国传统文化中的一颗璀璨明珠,我国高校均设置了与茶酒文化相关的课程,以此来加强学生的人文素质教育。但当前,由于外来文化的冲击,新一代受教育者的思想观念变得复杂,传统文化日渐式微,综合人文素质教育更是问题频出。在分析茶酒文化这一重要导体的基础上,提出应以茶酒文化作为提升人文素质教育切入点的观点,并深入探讨了二者之间的融合路径。

Tea and wine culture is a bright pearl in our traditional culture.Many colleges and universities in our country set up courses related to tea and wine culture so as to strengthen students’ humanistic quality education.But at present,problems occur quite often in the comprehensive human quality education due to the impact of foreign culture;to be specific,the new generation of the educated have complex ideas the traditional culture is declining.This paper analyzes the important carrier of tea and wine culture,and puts forward the view that tea and wine culture should be taken as the starting point for enhancing humanistic quality education,and probes into the integration path between the two.
