医养结合是社会养老事业发展的有益探索和创新模式,是健康中国战略的应有之义。基于医养结合新模式,亳州市开展失能五保老人入住当地卫生院进行集中供养的工作,目前,在政策宣传、协调监管、医疗养护质效、专业护工队伍建设、发展规划等方面还存在一些问题,需进一步探索深化医养结合模式下失能五保老人集中供养工作,还需要在宣传形式、工作机制、服务水平、队伍建设、发展理念等方面作。

The combination of medical care and maintenance is a beneficial exploration and innovative model for the development of social pension business,and it is also the proper meaning of the healthy China strategy.Based on this new model,Bozhou City has carried out the work of centralized support for the disabled elderly with five guarantees living in the local health center.At present,there are still some problems in policy publicity,coordination and supervision,quality and efficiency of medical care,construction of professional care team,development planning,etc.In order to deepen the work of centralized support for the disabled elderly with five guarantees under the model of combining medical care and maintenance,further exploration should be made in terms of publicity form,working mechanism,service level,team building,development concept,etc.
