地方高校应用型人才培养方案的优化对策

On Strategies of Optimizing the Project of Training Applied Talents in Local Colleges

实施校企合作、产学研融合的应用型人才培养模式是地方高校转型发展的重要构成部分。在研究地方高校转型发展的社会背景后,重点分析应用型人才培养中存在的现实问题,指出应用型本科院校的主要职责是培养技术应用型人才,直接为本地的行业和企业服务,促进本地区经济社会发展。优化人才培养方案、促进产学研合作是地方高校培养应用型人才的关键。

It is an important part for the transformation and development of local colleges to implement the project of training applied talent through school-enterprise cooperation and production-learning-research integration.To this end,this paper studies the social background regarding the transformation and development of local colleges,focuses on analyzing practical problems in the training of application-oriented talents,and points out that the main responsibility of application-oriented colleges is to train technical application-oriented talents who serve the local industries and enterprises directly,and promote the economic and social development of the region.Therefore,the key to cultivating application-oriented talents for local colleges is to optimize the talent training program and to promote the cooperation of production,teaching and research.
